This policy applies to subscriptions and related charges for the Fusebyte platform operated by FUSEBYTE LTD(Company No. 10415232), registered office Suite Ra01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, England, E17 3NU.
2. Subscription billing
- Fusebyte plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Plan details, including recurring charges, seat allowances, included credits, and additional charges, are described on the pricing page and applicable commercial terms.
3. Additional seats and other charges
Additional seats or usage-related additions may be billed separately or as part of recurring arrangements, depending on your plan configuration and selected options.
4. Taxes
VAT or other applicable taxes may be added where required.
5. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to stop renewal at the end of the current billing period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees for the current billing period are not refunded. Where Fusebyte offers pause, reactivation, or retained-access features, those are governed by operational rules available in the product at the time of use.
7. Trials and conversion
Fusebyte may specify trial length, usage limits, qualification rules, or conversion conditions. Trial terms may vary by plan, workspace status, or promotional program.
8. Credits and top-ups
- Included monthly credits are allocated according to plan.
- Purchased credits or top-ups are non-refundable once purchased unless required by law.
- Credits have no cash value.
- Credits may expire, roll over, or reset only where expressly stated in the relevant plan or purchase terms.
9. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription fees, seat charges, usage-based charges, credit purchases, and top-ups are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not refunded. Billing errors should be reported promptly.
10. Failed or disputed payments
Fusebyte may suspend access, restrict paid features, recover amounts due, or require updated payment methods where payments fail or are disputed.
